We are not responsible if client entered an incorrect address. If the package is returned, shipping cost will be charged again to client.

Any personalized order must make a deposit in advance and at the end you will pay the rest of the amount.

All items are final sale, we don't make refunds. Every order takes 4-10 days to ship. Client will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when the order is processed.

Once the package is already shipped we aren't responsible of it and we have no control of how many time takes to arrive.
